Dr. Seuss on Canvas

    “The more that you read, the more things you will know. The more that you learn, the more places you'll go.” ~ Dr. Seuss , I Can Read with My Eyes Shut!      The more stores I go, the more my stash grows, And the more fabric I stowe, the more things I will sew!!   Elaine:   Confessions of a fabric-a-holic. Being a teacher/librarian I am especially drawn to fabrics reflecting story elements, characters, books and the like. This gives me an excuse to make something and display it at my workplace, in theory.  I went totally overboard when the Dr. Seuss fabric started coming out, I got it at equilter . (There are tons more available, but I find abstinence is good for the wallet.) While I am not a die hard Dr. Seuss fan, I do love the colors and mix of patterns. This summer I made this for my friend to decorate her kids' bathroom.
